The Small Bears Moulds has a unique 3-part system that makes it easy to create these adorable Teddy Bears.

The chocolate mold creates bears that measure 8cm by 5.2cm by 2cm in depth and uses 20g of chocolate per bear.

BWB from Brazil came up with a brilliant idea to create chocolate molds that could be used for making bonbons, chocolate bombs, and other confections. You can say goodbye to the days of turning chocolate molds in every direction to cover them with chocolate.

BWB Moulds consist of two parts of hard plastic and one insert of silicone for each cavity. Each cavity on the bottom of each special chocolate mold has a line to fill with your melted chocolate. The silicone insert forces the chocolate up the walls evenly while the outer mold keeps it in place as it sets. BWB Chocolate molds let you create soft center chocolates and chocolate cups with ease and consistency.

This allows for consistency in budgeting and for those who sell chocolates to use the same amount of chocolate for each unit. If you are making chocolates just for fun, you can look like an expert, even if you have never used a mold before.

Use the bottom part of the mold only to fill the cavity.

Instructions

Fill the cavities of the base mold with melted dark chocolate up to the fill line. Tap the mold on the bench top several times to remove any air bubbles.

Place the silicone inserts gently on top of each cavity. Don’t press down on the silicone inserts yet ).

Insert the top piece of plastic into the silicone inserts and base mold so that the pieces fit together like a jigsaw puzzle. Allow the chocolate to fill in the shape of the cavity by pressing down gently.

Flip the mold (with the flat side down) and place it in the fridge for 10-20 min.

When your chocolate is no longer shiny but opaque, please remove it from the refrigerator.

The mold can be turned around to remove the silicone inserts and top. You can now fill your chocolates and attach them using melted chocolate (if they are 3D), or remove the mold completely and use it as-is (e.g., a pinata/smash chocolate).
